strengthening European privacy law. V2_ respects your right to privacy and
treats your personal data with care. We do not share your information with
third parties.
V2_ processes personal data, such as those of artists with whom we work or have worked and those of visitors to V2_ and its website. We also process data of our employees and suppliers.
V2_ only requests information that is:
- necessary
for implementing an agreement
- necessary
for fulfilling a legal requirement
- provided
with the consent of the party in question.
V2_ processes data of:
A. Visitors to events
- When
you make a card payment to V2_, for example to purchase tickets, publications
or drinks, your payment details will be processed by a mobile point of sale company. V2_wil not
receive any personal data. At your request, we will send a receipt to an email address
you provide.
- V2_conducts public surveys. Participation in these surveys
is voluntary. Data are anonymized.
B. Visitors to the websites
- We
collect data necessary for the placement and fulfillment
of orders in the V2_ webshop (name, address, city, email
address, phone number, payment method). Name and address details will be
provided to the postal service or shipping company for delivery purposes.
- We
collect data necessary for the making of donations through the Donate button on
the V2_ website. Depending on payment method, your name, IBAN
(iDEAL or bank transfer) and/or email address (PayPal)
will be processed through a payment service provider.
- We
collect data through analytics cookies. V2_ uses these cookies for the purpose
of analyzing traffic on its websites. By using our websites,
you consent to the processing of this information by our analytics provider (currently
Google Analytics). This information will be used only for tracking website
statistics and will not be shared with third parties. You can refuse cookies by
changing your browser settings.
- Links
to other websites: Visitors to the V2_ website can follow links to other sites,
such as those of artists or affiliated institutions, and to channels such as Vimeo and YouTube that host videos of events. V2_ bears no
responsibility for visits to these sites.
C. Readers of the V2_ newsletter
- Persons
wishing to receive the V2_ newsletter voluntarily provide an email address and
can opt to add a name. Those wishing to edit their contact details or
unsubscribe can easily do so by following a link at the end of the newsletter.
D. Followers and friends on social media
- V2_
is active on the social media platforms Facebook, Instagram
and Twitter. Users of social media are responsible for their own privacy
settings on these platforms.
E. Participants in activities
- For
programming purposes, V2_ collects personal data from
participants in its activities. We do not share this information with third
parties without participants’ permission. Personal data will not be used for
publicity purposes without participants’ permission.
F. Employees
- V2_
has drawn up an internal protocol for its employee privacy policy.
G. Suppliers
- From
suppliers, we request data that are necessary for fulfillment
of agreements and those that are legally required for our
administrative records.
Protection of your data and your rights:
- V2_
bears responsibility for up-to-date protection of your personal data. Should

a provider of personal data, you have the right to access, rectify and delete
